Refund and Return Policy for Ramr.am

We want every interaction with Ramr.am to be filled with clarity and good faith. Since our shop offers digital download products only, this Refund and Return Policy explains exactly how things work. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds, No Returns
All products sold on ramr.am are digital items (high-resolution images, artwork, and printable downloads). Once a digital file has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be “returned”. For this reason:
- We do not offer refunds.
- We do not accept returns.
- All sales are final.
When you buy a digital image from us, you are purchasing the right to download and use that file. That access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is intangible and instantly available, there is no physical item to send back, and no way to reverse the transaction once the file has been accessed.
We truly hope you understand. This is standard practice for digital goods worldwide.
2. Damaged, Corrupted, or Incorrect Files
Even though we do not refund, we are not heartless. If you receive a file that is corrupted, damaged, or not the correct item you ordered, we will happily set things right for you. Here’s what we will do:
- We will provide a replacement file of the correct, fully functional artwork at no extra cost.
- We will ensure you receive exactly what you paid for.
We just ask that you reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase at the email below, describing the issue clearly. We’ll respond with care and speed. This is a replacement only — no monetary refund will be issued.
3. Accidental Purchases or Change of Mind
We understand that mistakes happen. However, due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we cannot honour refund requests for:
- Accidental double purchases.
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Selecting the wrong size or format by mistake.
- Noticing after purchase that the image doesn’t match your personal taste or decor expectation.
- Any other reason related to personal preference.
Please preview the product images and read the description thoroughly before buying. If you’re unsure about something, contact us before you order. We’ll gladly answer any questions.
4. No Physical Returns Necessary
Since there are no physical items shipped, you will never need to mail anything back to us. The term “return” applies only in the sense of reversing a transaction, which we do not do for the reasons stated above.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We operate with full transparency and good intention. If you have an issue, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. In most cases, a corrupted file can be replaced immediately. We ask for the same respect we offer you. Initiating a dispute without contacting us first goes against the spirit of a faith-based community and may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
