Ram Ram Game is a free-to-play browser-based arcade adventure game where players control Bajrangbali, navigating through an arcade garden environment while collecting items and avoiding obstacles.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Game, the server on which the Game is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Game
- Attack the Game via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
- Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Game
6. Intellectual Property
The Game and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ramr.am, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Game, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
- You may share your scores and game experiences through the social sharing features provided in the Game
7. User Content
The Game may allow you to submit, post, display, or share content, such as shared scores or social media posts ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you share.
By sharing User Content through the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such User Content in any media for the purpose of operating and promoting the Game.
User Content Rules
You agree not to share User Content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains viruses or other malicious code
- Is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive
- Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these rules.

NEITHER RAMR.AM NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH RAMR.AM MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE GAME.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER RAMR.AM NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH RAMR.AM REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE GAME WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR GAME OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE GAME WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, RAMR.AM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RAMR.AM, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE GAME, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ramr.am, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Game's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Game.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your relationship with us, you may simply discontinue using the Game.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Game.

15. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ramr.am regarding the Game and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Game.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
