Hextris
A free hexagon block-matching puzzle. Colored blocks fall onto the top edges of a spinning hexagon — rotate it to route each block toward matching colors and clear sets of three before a side overflows.
How to play Hextris
A hexagon sits in the middle of the board with a colored block falling toward its upper-left or upper-right edge. Press the left and right arrow keys (or the on-screen rotate buttons, or tap either side of the board) to spin the hexagon before the block lands, so it settles onto an edge that already holds matching colors.
Clearing blocks
Whenever three blocks of the same color stack up in a row on one edge, they clear automatically and add to your score. Edges can only hold so many blocks — if one fills up completely, the game ends, so keep rotating to spread blocks across edges and clear them before they pile too high.
Tips for a longer run
- Watch both falling blocks at once — plan your rotation for the one that will land first.
- Try to keep every edge below half-full rather than emptying just one side repeatedly.
- The game speeds up as your score grows, so build a rhythm early.
